CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT AND TEACHER INTERVENTION CAN REDUCE STUDENT ANXIETY LEVELS

چکیده

The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness classroom management and teacher intervention in reducing students' anxiety levels at school. researcher used a qualitative research method with descriptive research. steps were collect information or classification data, then perform data analysis, interpretation, make conclusions reports. carried from January 13 February 14, 2023. results researchers conducted showed that students can be reduced through good several ways, namely preventive efforts by motivating concentrate on lessons conditioning ready learn class; readiness greatly determines student learning activities. Besides these reduce class curative way, requires role guidance counseling providing who have high using systematic desensitization techniques.
